Ordering - (On line Ordering!)

Many of our clients choose to order pottery that fits into their décor. We are able to work with them to achieve the very best — from modern to southwest styles.

We do kitchen ware and tiles for bathrooms, kitchens or entry ways. Light fixtures and decorative ideas often are generated by our clients.

With custom orders, we prefer to discuss the particulars with you directly. We have found this avoids confusion. We will be able to answer questions at that time. We appreciate knowing of any previous purchase from Durango Pottery, which you are desiring us to match. If you place your order while at the Gallery, we can set samples aside to be more precise.

When you call to order, please have ready the type, size,  & amount  items, the name of the glaze, type of embellishment, &any other special requests.  If you are ordering an item we have in stock, you  may receive it within 7 days.   If you are ordering  an item we do not have in stock, or if you are making a special order see Special Orders.  

Payment information - 

We require 1/2  the total payment upon placing your order.   When order is complete, you will be sent a card with the balance plus shipping costs.  When we receive your final payment, the order will be shipped to you.   We accept personal checks, money orders, Visa, Mastercard and  Discover.

Shipping -

All of our orders are shipped through UPS.  Shipping costs will be included in the balance. 

All of the orders are double boxed and wrapped in packing material.    The shipment is inspected by UPS before shipping, so it will definitely be wrapped properly.  When you receive an order, you should pay careful attention to the manner in which it was packed in case you ever need to re-send any item. If you do not pack the pottery carefully, it will most likely break. We are not liable for any breakage in return shipments.
